Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Serves 2

Time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cooking

 

1 cup skyr

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ cup very ripe banana

½ cup ice

¼ cup cold water

Pinch of ground cinnamon

 

 

1.              Combine the ingredients in the carafe of your Martha Stewart 50-ounce blender and secure the lid.

 

2.              Turn the selector dial to choose Smoothie mode, then press to start. Once the blender has stopped, serve the smoothies immediately, garnished with a few more frozen blueberries if desired.  (Depending on your skyr, if needed run the blender one more time with a bit more cold water to reach your desired texture.)
